1. I ordered embroidery designs that are available for instant download. I received an e-mail stating that I can now download the designs, but the email links are not bringing me to the downloads. What do I do?

ANSWER: Please log into your account at www.hand-made-hugs.com. Once you are logged in, please click on the account tab on the top. You will see a link that says "Download" on the right column of the webpage. Click on that. From there, you will see a list of the embroidery designs you ordered. You can download them from there. Please note that dowloads are available for 48 hours only, and you have 2 download tries before the server will not let you download any more.

2. Are instructions included with your embroidery designs that are available for instant download.

ANSWER: Not all embroidery designs come with instructions. Some projects include instructions. Others, such as those published in magazines may still be under contractural obligation with the publication, therefore we can no republish the instructions, rather, you can purchase the applicable magazine for those instructions.
